Surface 3 (2gb ram) Manga Studio performance.

Hi, I am a starting artist and have been using a wacom intuos for the longest time with my pc but never got the hang of the fact, that I don't directly see where I'm drawing like on a paper. So I searched for cheap alternatives and surface 3 is one of them. I usually use Manga studio as my main draw/paint program so I wanted to ask, if the surface 3 with its 2 gigs of ram will handle it without any lag while drawing.

That's relatively obscure (don't usually hear about that kind of stuff here) but what I would do it just look at the programs minimum requirements and see if the 3 stacks up. I'm willing to bet that it can handle it well enough.
