Surface 3 driver issue

Is it possible to get updated Surface 3 drivers for Windows 10 outside of the Windows Update? I have an issue where my touch screen stops working and in order to fix it, I have to disable and re-enable the driver. I keep waiting to see if a new driver shows up, but so far, no luck.

Have you tried uninstalling it and letting Windows reinstall it after a restart?
