Surface 3 slowdowns

Does the Surface 3 slowdown while downloading a large file or files and using it at the same time ?

Hi. I've had mine since launch in the UK (4GB/128GB version). Not seen any slowdown. Really happy with this tablet.

Sorry - hadn't seen there was a reply so apologies for being tardy in my response. I use it for work and play. I take it with me on-site ( I'm a builder) and use it to keep notes, take pics of the site etc. I have the pen so use the "1-click-to-OneNote" to scribble notes frequently. I use it then back in the office (i have the dock) to send out emails. write up notes, log stuff and also access our cloud based accounts, job-sheet tracking, vehicle tracking etc. apps. In the evening it comes into the house with me where I Skype with my daughters, surf, watch the occasional TV catch-up - the usual stuff. I'd have gone for the S3Pro but couldn't justify the added expense and this is more portable to boot. Battery-life seems pretty decent - I get a day's work and play out of it but I should think it'd struggle with watching videos and playing games all day. Some far the Atom X7 has cope with all I've thrown at it. I did have to do a Restore on it once when video - both streaming and local would only play in slo-mo'. Couldn't figure why even after some to-ing & fro-ing with suggestions on this forum. Thus far, that's the only hiccup, so I remain happy. The only thing that i'd have liked to have would have been LTE/4G. Either way It's so far ahead of the Samsung tab I had before.
