Surface and this Site.

This is really strange, but all of a sudden my Surface will not allow me to insert pictures or paste any text into any of the text boxes on this site only. Like for instance this box I'm typing in now will not allow me to insert a picture or paste any characters. This happen to anybody else? I've already tried resetting IE. Any suggestions?

I have not been having that particular issue but my touch cover and on screen keyboard have had trouble typing on this site. Keys don't register and it takes forever to type a response. It doesn't happen on any other site or in word.

That's actually the problem I was having before this happened. I think I changed the security thing in the URL bar and it fixed my keyboard issue, but not the paste/image issue.

Thanks Laura. My issue seems to be resolved for now, but every so often I seem to get that glitch.

In a pinch you can always use manual tagging and image hosting. Find an existing hosted image OR put the image in a photobucket, or flickr, or whatever, and then use the [ img ] link here [ / img ] command (of course without the spacing which I only used so the system would not think I was ACTUALLY trying to post a link)

A few weeks ago this started happening with my surface2 as well. Also, a few days after I got my nokia icon it had the same issue. Only on this site and both devices will not allow me to post. Just trying to do text no pics.
​My surface is my go to device for almost everything but if I want to post on wpcentral I need to fire up an apple device. I wish it would get sorted out.

I tried, but I can't copy and past the URL lol that's how I found at that didn't work either!

I'd really like to sort this out, I am in the same position where I am with my surface well over 10 hours a day. The majority of my computing is done on it.

awesome sauce! So its not just me! That's why I was hoping to hear, I've just had a miserable time trying to post here so I quit trying until I'm on my phone in the app lol

My surface is working again for posting. At least for now. Man, you don't know what your missing till its gone. Thanks repair folks!

Good to hear. We pushed an update to the editor yesterday afternoon. Should fix that copy/paste issue we've had recently!
