Surface Book 2 Wi-Fi Speed

I noticed that a Wi-Fi file transfer from my Surface Book 2 to my desktop seemed to be going slower than I expected (around 10MB/sec).
I looked at the Wi-Fi connection settings and Link Speed said 175/175.
Now it says 585/585.
Does anyone know the specs and/or why it changes?

Select the Start button > Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
Under Change your network settings, select Network troubleshooter.
Follow the steps in the troubleshooter, and see if that fixes the problem
