Surface GO design issue with loudspeaker patches!

The surface GO has a design issue... a severe one. The black patches carved inside the glass on the sides, covering the loudspeakers come loose unexpectedly !!! I had the GO purchased for about a week. But had to return it because these patches became detached which uncovered the grey coloured loudspeakers on the side. These patches are JUST TAPED with a glue on top of the loudspeaker openings!

Ugly and totally unacceptable. Microsoft is having my tablet more than a month and I haven't received a new one...

This is an issue every future buyer should know about!

This issue appeared because I did not yet purchase the keyboard. I just used the tablet like ... a tablet. I own a Samsonite backpack ...

Inside this bag, there is a sleeve for a tablet... just used it like I supposed to use it. The sides if the sleeve are a bit soft and hairy. That caused the taped black loudspeaker patches to detach from the Surface GO!!!!

Again... unacceptable!
