Surface keeps going to sign on screen

My surface has started acting up. When I turn it on and sign in, I am able to work for about a minute then the tablet logs me off and I get kicked back to the home screen and need to log back on. I haven't installed anything new. I haven't used the tablet in about a month and when I put it away it was working great. No idea what to do. Help!

Not experiencing those problems here.
Try restarting it and see if it needs to complete an update... just my opinion

BFPele18.... I have the SAME EXACT PROBLEM!! I barely used it first of all, and the last time I DID use it I put it away as I usually do. And few months later I take it out to use and this is happening! This is why I own Macs and not PCs. All this virus nonsense is irritating. I also have Mcafee on my surface pro. I still have yet to find a solution to this problem. I've been searching and searching. The problem also is people have really good ideas on what to do, but I find it impossible to do anything especially because it keeps KICKING ME OUT to the log in screen every 10-20 seconds. ANYONE THAT CAN HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

It's not a virus, sounds to me like a corrupt profile.
