Surface laptop and 3D softwares

Can i run and work with the software LUMION and ARCHICAD on an laptop surface

Not sure the hardware required for those to run well but you can install them if you upgrade it to the Pro edition of windows which is free to do.

hello. by default (and this is with any app not available in the windows store), if its not an app offered in the windows store then it cannot be used with the default OS which is windows 10 s. if the user upgrades the OS to windows 10 pro then any uwp and win32 app can be used.
