Surface pro 2 and genymotion

Hi, guys i have a SP2, im very happy with it and it makes my graduation easy, it has everything i want except for some games, i have installed genymotion on it but i don't know how to install android apps in it and how to run them? I have used bluestacks but it is so buggy and doesn't responds to touch most of the times so please help me with genymotion how to install android apps on it?

Will i be able to download and play games with it? Will it cause any problem on my surface pro 2?

I used it in 2013 on my pc , cant say about surface pro 2 , it shouldn't since its more like a pc with touch screen
