Surface Pro 2 clock won't keep correct time.

Just like the title said. Every other day or so, the time on my Surface Pro 2 is off.

Have you checked to make sure it's in the correct timezone? If it's in the wrong timezone, it would explain the time being changed whenever it synchs with the time.windows.com servers.

Yeah, I check the timezone and to make sure it was using network time. And it still goes wonky.

Try a different server for the time.

So far so good with a different time server. Thanks for the tip. Let's hope this kills the issue. I searched for the issue and found that some were having CMOS problems.

and some is due to overclocking... but as you can;t do that on SP2, I didn't ask or assume

Well, I moved from the MS time server to the NIST time server, and it looked good for a while, but just now it was 5h slow.
