Surface Pro 3 charger compatible with Surface Pro 4

Hi all,

My insurance company have just replaced my broken Surface Pro 3 with a Surface Pro 4. I was just wondering if the Surface Pro 3 charger is compatible as it would be great to have a spare one for work?

Yes they are compatible. I have both tablets in the house and don't know which charger is which. Doesn't seem to cause any issues
