Surface Pro 3 Factory reset, Big Problem

Hello!
Today I did Factory reset, on my Surface Pro 3 with WIndows 10.
But factory reset did cleaninstall of Windows 8.1.
Now I'm not able to go back to Windows 10. What I have to do ??

how did you do the reset? Did you use an ISO file or something similar

I did factory reset through settings..
But its now solved, I just downloaded mediacreationtool and upgraded it there
