Surface Pro 3 statically charged while charging

Hi!

I have this issue that when my Surface Pro 3 is being charged, it seems to be statically charged. I cannot use the touchpad, nor touchscreen. When I remove the charging cable everything works fine again. Is this a known issue? Or should I go see a store?

I would go to a store. That is not normal.
