NOT a question but a solution - PROBLEM SOLVED - PRO4 I7 - 16 Go
Working at office with PRO 4 attached to docking station and external monitor, I have been struggling with this during over 2 months. Uninstalling + installing drivers... Unpairing and pairing Bluetooth Microsoft designer mouse. Installing a former wireless tracking ball from Logitech etc... Nothing, absolutely nothing helped !!!
I used to leave type cover connected to my PRO 4.
Unconnected type cover since 2 days and everything works like a charm. But all this, the time lost to try to find solutions, not speaking from problems occurred by erratic cursor clicking somewhere when not expected and so sending unfinished E-mails leaves me some bitter taste as I would never have suspected that when using a whole very expensive Microsoft bundle such BUGS could occur and spoil your work.
I deeply hope Microsoft will soon update what needs to be updated to fix this exasperating bug. Not pleased neither.
