Surface RT Windows 8.1 Battery Drain

Ok, so I applied the fix and after a full charge 48 hours ago, my battery level is still at 64%. This is more like I was getting with WinRT 8.0.

OK, after 72 hours, the battery level was still at 55% and dropped to 45% during 4 hours of use last night.

I am pretty happy with the battery life after 8.1. Update so far.
Not much has changed. Slighty better under usage, and also better in standby. =)

Havent had to charge my surface all week, just plugged it in this morning. Its getting much closer to my ipad...........I don't really use my ipad anymore, but the standby time is like 2-3 weeks. I could literally go 2 weeks without turning it on, and there will be like 40% left on the thing. Surface gets used much more, so a week of use before charge is pretty solid.

Hello can you please tell me How do I disable the router on my surface.
I looked for it but I dont know were to clica to get there.

Looks like the recent updates as of late have eliminated the battery drain. Good thing. Now my tablet screams.
