surface rt wont turn on

Ever since i bought my surface tablet ive been having problems with it.. but last week i was using it and then it turned off. I tried turning it back on but it just stay on the surface logo ive tried doing volume+ and power button but it just stays on the surface logo page. I dont even know what to do this tablet was 545$ and im sure i wont get that money back if i sell it

Try getting in contact with Microsoft and doing a warranty return.

@paul my warranty was only good for one year and ive been having it for 1 year in a half

I had a similar problem with my surface pro but it fixed itself. I don't know for sure but I have a feeling it was because of the keyboard. I took it off and cleaned the connectors and it booted. Do you have a recovery drive on a usb stick?

No, Even if i did i wouldnt be able to recover it because it doesnt show any other screen.

I had the same problem and called tech support for it and found out i was 5 days out of warranty so they wouldn't fix it. But then a few weeks later I took it in to a Microsoft store and not only were they will to take care of it they replaced it with a brand new surface 2. So if you have a Microsoft store close I suggest bringing it in to the store.
