surfing any website not out of the pictures...

after using 1week.. i cant even see full pages website i go. example.. fb.. pictures doenst show up.. i try go website google even got alert "we'r having trouble........."and i keep choose "continue to website(not recommended)" even that website is google.com.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.......is it about data sense? or my phone problem?
