Switch MS Account on XBL, what about purchases?

Hello.
I'm using the same MS acc on all things (WP/W8/XBL/XBM) and if I change the MS account on my XBL account, will all my things need that account and will all my purchases transfer?

If they do, I'll be the happiest man alive, if they don't MS NEED a way to merge two accounts xD My current account has a Gmail for sign in, and I really want to switch to my outlook w/o losing everything.

You won't lose any of your purchases. I also switched Xbox Live accounts about two years ago. I did it through the Xbox 360 dashboard. It worked flawlessly. The only downside is that you'll likely have to hard reset your Windows Phone/8 device in order to log in with your new account.
