Why do I see a number of files and folders in 'sync pending' status and showing the 'sync in progress' icon in Explorer, when the Win10 OneDrive icon in the system tray says "Up to date"? One of the folders hasn't been updated since June 2018.
The files and folders are not in use and they do seem to have been sync'd, if I compare the online version with the local version.
