Sync photos pc back to phone

How do I sync the Camera Roll folder from the PC back to the phone. One way would be to empty the folder on the phone and copy all the files back, but that is not very elegant. I use Windows phone for desktop app to transfer photos from the phone to the PC. Then I browse the photos on the PC and delete some if necessary. Now I would like to update the folder on the phone to be the same as the one on the PC. Thanks

I always copy the photos to SkyDrive which shows up as a separate folder in the pictures hub.
