sync windows CE 5.0 and Windows 7 pc

hi,
i have a CNMBook running windows CE 5.0 V 1400, i try to sync it with my laptop pc running windows 7 ultimate, but it says it cannot recognise device. pls does any one know a way around this. i have tried Microsoft website with no success, thanks

Wmdb? Usb?

Are you using Windows Mobile Device Center for syncing? How are you connecting the two devices? I am using WMDC and a USB cable. Sometimes I have to detach and reinsert the USB cable once or twice before my CE device recognizes there is a device on the other end.
