Syncing Facebook and twitter

In your Me area when you sync,fb and twitter how can you not have it attach to your Facebook or Twitter when goes and automatically attach to your contacts?

the me tile doesnt work like that

the me tile gets its information from settings>email+accounts

i dont think you have control over the me tile
