Tabs get "set aside" on their own

Every once and awhile I will have a couple to several tabs open. Through normal browser use, the tabs will magically be "set aside". This has been an ongoing issue through the last several builds. I have sent the issue through feedback hub. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue.
