Hey, im not sure what to call it, but is there an app where you can take like 10+ photos in a few seconds??

Yes, it's called Blink, its an app by microsoft. One of my favorite apps. However, do note that the quality of each of the individual images aren't as high quality as a normal picture you take.

blink or if you have a nokia windows 8 os phone try smart cam app ( it requires gdr2 update ).the best shot features serves the same . for bonus it has many tools like acion shot,motion blur,remove moving objects etc .

I noticed the nokia pro camera app (now available to 928 users such as myself) can do that with acceptable quality.
