Anyone have some solid tips or tricks on optimizing monitors for eye strain? I notice from time to time that my eyes are getting VERY tired and strained by the end of the day. Probably partly because a) I'm getting older but b) I bet there are a lot of things I can do in the settings to help with this. Any thoughts?

A program called "f.lux" helps with this

I had it for a while. It helps with eye strains and late night gaming or late night anything on a PC.

It changes the colors of the screen to a more warmer color (or colder color) and you can set it up for specific times.

I recommend it!
