Tap to focus, perfect, tap again, picture is taken out of focus

Camera on my 920 has a focusing problem in WP 8.0 and 8.1
Tap to focus, perfect, tap again, picture is taken out of focus.
Happens especially in close ups and low light pictures.
Is this a hardware bug?

There's is a limit to minimum distance of subject and if you have flash turned off in low lights, the focus may not be proper.
Close ups is a hardware limitation.

turn of the flash light (not the focus assist light ) if you taking macro shots. Also can you post some images here :smile:
