Quick question. On my SP4 (Core i5, 8Gb ram) the task manager takes FOREVER to open. Even from a clean boot it's an agonizing 30 seconds or so before it's usable. Currently my system is on the "Creators Update." I have not hacked the registry or done any other advanced-level tweaks to it. What can I do to correct this slowness?
An unrelated issue is the Groove app. I've noticed that when it's running the ENTIRE SYSTEM becomes unusably slow at times. Any suggestions about what's causing this? It never seems to be consuming too many resources so this one is a puzzle to me.
