tcpip.sys causing BSOD in Windows 10 x64

Any ideas where to start?

I have seen this recommended! It wouldn't hurt any thing. I don't know your computer skills, so if i go to fast, let me know.
Drivers are a big cause for BSOD!
For tcpip.sys the first thing I would do is update the NIC (network card) and/or WiFi
(wireless) drivers. Check with the System Maker (Motherboard Maker for custom
systems) if on-board and with the actual device makers' sites.

Hi You might check your Reliability Monitor And see if there's a clue there! Type Reliability Monitor in search! You will see a graft like this! See if there is a pattern.

Hi I just add things as they pop into my head.A blue screen of death is the worst type of error a computer can experience, unlike an application crash, which doesn’t bring down the whole system. A BSOD is the result of low-level software crashing — or faulty hardware.
A computer in proper working state shouldn’t blue-screen at all, but no software or hardware is perfect. Even a properly functioning computer may blue screen on rare occasions for no apparent reason — possibly as the result of rare driver bugs or hardware issues.

If your computer is regularly blue-screening, you have a problem. If you encounter a blue screen once every two years, don’t worry about it.

I would try looking for a network driver upgrade, and maybe refresh tcpip.sys. Don't overwrite it, rename the existing tcpip.sys and copy a fresh file of the same version over it.
