Tech support?

I have a problem using the office app, and I haven't been able to resolve it. After posting it on another forum nobody's responded either.

Does Microsoft have some sort of tech support email?

Thanks, but I've been there before -- it's essentially a FAQ. It says if you have any problems, post in the forum or contact T-mobile or HTC. I've already posted in the forums, and there are a ton of people who don't have questions answered, so I'm not holding out hope there. As for T-mobile or HTC -- they're not going to have any answers for an OS related problem.

Tech support is where Apple has the upper hand. When your iPhone is on the fritz you go to an Apple Store. If a Windows Phone is having problems, where do you go?

Apple products are easier to support because there's only a few models of iPhone, Macbook, iPad available. Windows devices on the other hand have too many models for a store to support. It's a double edge sword really.

Hmm, maybe try their Twitter or Facebook?

What's your issue? Just curious.

Hey, actually that's a pretty good idea. I'll stop by a Microsoft store and maybe someone will know a thing, though I kind of doubt it. It seems to me they try to push tech issues off to the carriers and OEMs.

Another good idea. I don't have facebook or twitter though, but I guess I can always create a dummy account. I'll look up that Ben guy tomorrow if the store idea fails.

Basically, the Office app doesn't work. At all. I can only access files using Skydrive, which is kind of a pain, and I can't create any new files because Office can't sync or display stuff properly.

It worked initally just great, but after resetting my phone and even replacing the phone(both for unrelated issues - it was a hardware malfunction), it hasn't worked.

Here's my other more detailed post:

I've tried these forums, posted in XDA and even in Microsoft's own troubleshooting forums (where Microsoft recommends people post at) but no answers. Heck, Microsoft's troubleshooting forums have 50+ pages of unanswered problems.
