Telegram Messenger voice calling on Android phones, why not on Windows phones

There is now voice calling on Telegram messenger, anyone knows why not on W10P?

Because that takes extra effort and given the state of Windows 10 Mobile they probably decided it would not be worth it, or that it'll come later, or, etc...
