In terms and conditions it says that once updated to windows update 8.1, we cannot revert the process and also our windows phone warranty will become void.. What if i got an error or any problem after updating to 8.1.. Any suggestions or solutions..thank you.

AFAIK there is nothing you can do. Although many of us want the updates as quickly as possible, it really is meant for developers and people who don't need the warranty. My advice is to only upgrade if you're comfortable being without the warranty.

I updated with my 1520, and everything is working perfectly. Better is some cases. I wonder if (quite sure actually) we get our warranties back once the official 8.1 is released to the public. It's just during the preview stage that we lose our warranty.
