Terrible battery

I made a post a few months ago complaining about the phone continuously rebooting for no reason. It cuts off frequently everyday and I can no longer depend of this phone. It cuts off when I get a phone call, cuts off when I'm browsing my phone, it even reboots when I am not even using it(Even when the phone is at 90%). The phone unexpectedly cutting of so much eventually corrupted my SD card. Turns out it was the battery causing the problem, so I purchased a new battery and all of my troubles went away.

Now I am having the same damn problems again. I'm about to purchase my third replacement battery and I haven't even had this phone for an whole year. And what sucks is that I can't even go to a local Microsoft store and purchase a battery, I have to buy them from third party sellers. :asleep:

I'm getting tired of having to buy a new battery every 4 months so that I can use my phone peacefully. I had the 920 for about 2 or 3 years before I got this phone and never once had an issue with the battery.

I really want to like this phone but when crap like this happens it's hard to like it especially when the OS heavily lacks applications.

It sounds completely abnormal. Have you had your phone checked by support? Or maybe the charger?

Yeah I think it's time to get your phone looked at. Install the B2X Support app to see if you can start there.

I tried using the B2X app. It shows that everything is fine.
I'm going to take it the MS store tomorrow and see what they can do but i'm pretty sure that they're just going to give me a replacement phone(with out the removable back case or battery) like they did the first time I had the problem.

The phone has gotten so bad that I can't even use the phone with out it being plugged into the wall now. As soon as I detach the cable the phone will cut off and go on a infinite reboot.

I ordered a battery off of eBay and unfortunately I was sent a bad battery; it would not even charge. So I pretty much don't have a usable phone anymore. =[

Now I regret choosing the 950 over the Samsung s7.

I think you'll have to blame "Ebay" for the bad battery, not the phone.

Yeah. The seller sent me another one at no additional cost. Hopefully its a working battery.
The battery build for the phone sucks! And you know what else sucks, I got locked out of my phone so its even more useless now. They say I have to restart my phone after two hours of it being in the charger for it to unlock. T_T
