Text Cursor Handler: Problem or Glitch?

hi everyone!

So the thing is I am using WP10 on my Lumia 520 with the latest build available.
The problem I seem to face is that the new keyboard feature "Text Cursor Handler" only shows when I use messaging app or any built-in app like internet explorer etc. but it won't show when I use twitter, whatsapp or kik or messenger app.

Is it just me or other people are facing the issue too? I would like to know why is it happening? Maybe Microsoft enabled it only for built-in apps but idk....

Welcome to Windows Central Ahmar,

I have the same in most 3de party apps only the "old" keyboard is available but in some I get the new.
It's not a problem or a glitch it's just because it's a preview (work in progress) so in the final version it will be fixed. Not sure if apps need to be updated or the OS or both.
