Text message question..

When I get a text message the phone reads the message and I can respond not using my Bluetooth device, nice feature when working and can't get to the device to respond manually.
Is this option available to intercept phone calls and respond with touching the phone?

Are you trying to respond to text messages completely hands free?

Yes, I already can respond to text hands free! I was hoping for a setting for phones that works the same way..without using Bluetooth..

If you go to Settings and then Speech, do you have "Read aloud incoming text messages" set to "always on" ? It should work without the Bluetooth device.
As far as intercepting phone calls, not sure that there is an option available to answer the calls, but you can have the caller ID announced at least in the ease of access settings and try playing with the other settings as pankaj981 suggested.
