Text Messages Not Sending

I just got the Blu Win HD and put my T-Mobile Sim Card from my Lumia 635 in. I can receive text messages but my replies are not being received. Checked in the message settings and my SMS Center number is set to +12063130004 which I read online is correct for T-Mobile. Am I missing something?

Disregard. Turns out the person I was texting is having issues receiving messages. Traveled today so her phone was acting jenky.
