Text Sound Crackles (Not a speaker issue, it seems)

Not sure how this hasn't been discussed, unless it's seriously just my Lumia 920 that can't handle text tones. But on the default Windows message tone, my phone will occasionally, not always, stutters. Nonetheless, my audio is fine otherwise. Ring tones work flawlessly with no stutter and so do songs even when played loudly. Is this a normal issue? It's almost like a crackle sound where the text tone just cant consistently be played accurately. It makes the phone sound odd when I get texted. Can people please comment and "chime" in? :lol:
