Text thread

I have a really long text thread on my 925 nokia. I'd like to know is there a way that I can get it on a pc? I ask because when I upgraded from the 8x, all of my text message conversations ported over as well.

I believe text messages can be backed up to a PC using USB connection & Nokia Suite.
