That is my thoughts about Lumia 1330

The lumia 1520 is the big version of Lumia 930.
(I know that 1520 released first)
Both phones have sd800, 20mpx cam, 1.9 mpx front cam 2gb RAM.
Only difference is 1520 has bigger screen, SD card and the battery

I think Lumia 1330 will be the bigger version of lumia 830 (same specs. Sd400 1gb ram.) But it will have an 14 mpx cam and better battery

What's yuor thoughts about this?

I can't figure out Microsoft's strategy, especially in the US market, so I hope this is the start of a coherent device strategy. Targeting the low end is a great way to get handsets out there, but its not a great way to build an ecosystem. I wonder what WP's attach rates are for paid apps. I'd say it's lower than android or iOS.

Then there's the whole 830/1330 thing with the middling specs in the age of flagship phones that press the envelope. I know that every consumer doesn't need the most cutting edge specs, but when Microsoft prices them at 85% of the better spec phones on competing platforms, why would you be interested in the WP choices. If you are going to lock yourself into a 2-year contract or a payment plan, why would you do it for a phone that is already a bit dated (except for the camera). I want a device with the legroom to make it through the contract or payment plan. Neither the 830 or 1330 look future proof enough to merit buying. Here's hoping the 940 or the 1530 drop soon and bring top shelf specs.
