one would hope so. My best guess is if you have 10 GB free storage and you get this 100GB you might get continued free 100 GB if you havent exceeded your 10GB and even if you do exceed it slightly it wouldnt trigger anything. Say if you have exceeded your 10GB allowance and you have used 30GB then they might extended that offer as a paid/ subscription only. You have choices either payup or reduce the storage use.

not everyone gets the same offer IMO it is all customized as per usage.
