The band on my Band 2 is breaking

I know people who've said they've had this issue, but so far I haven't. My Band 2 has been working fine. Tonight as I was getting ready to leave work I discovered that there's a large break in the band of my Band 2, near the main hub, electronics, etc. Is it still possible for me to get this replaced/repaired?

Everyone I know has had theirs replaced 2-3 times. Fingers crossed on getting it replaced.
