The Blue pen or the Black pen?

Hi folks, I want to order the Surface 3, but am stuck between choosing the black or blue pen (which will also dictate my case and keyboard color).

For me, the blue type cover looks cool but I'm not sure about the pen, and the black I'm afraid is too boring. So anyone have a picture of their blue/black pen and blue/black type cover surface 3? (I want to see what it looks like in real life in a set - the surface 3 type cover and pen, not individual pictures)

I have red cover and black pen, it's cool pair. But I think red cover is not your thing, so I would rather not posting the pic.

Base on my observation, black made of matte finish while blue made of glossy finish.

Not a big blue fan but yes the black was too boring.
One of the reasons I shied away from the Costco bundle.
Love the blue pen and also the blue keyboard now.
The blue pen being the best part.

Ok first thing don't let anyone dictate your style, be different have the black case and blue pen be a trend setter not a follower. Its personal choice at the end of the day. Mix it up!!

I personally have the dark blue pen and the matching blue case but find the colour combination to be a tad dark. In hindsight maybe a lighter Colour would've been nicer.

Well I just like things in uniform and matching each other. Thing is I like the blue cover and black pen, but they look real ugly together, so I would like real life pictures of them in a set to make up my mind. If the color complements though, I would not hesitate to buy it

The only colours I'm considering is black, blue and silver, but the silver is a tad boring as everyone has it.

Can you unscrew the top of the pen like a Sharpie? Mix and match blue and silver, not that would be class!!

Would also require buying multiple of those not-that-cheap pens or finding someone else to do swaps with you!
