Everyone knew the lawsuits were coming, even the developers. When the game came out there constant headlines and videos essentially asking "How has Nintendo not sued the yet?". This was always going to happen. They'll be lucky to survive this. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they end being forced to recall the game entirely.

To be clear, I have no love for Nintendo, but the law is the law.
