I know there are other threads on this but none of the advice has worked and I am getting desperate.

Am in the UK and Using Nokia Lumia 920 and I have had this same problem for 3 days now. I have tried all the advice manual time and date setting, turning off cellular and working on wifi etc and nothing works. I can connect with browsers for Google etc but sky email has stopped working although my NHS email still works. Bluetooth connects in car but I remain invisible to others and it wont search for new devices. FB and whats app not working.

Fingers crossed that someone can help

Try a hard reset.
