The onenote we get preloaded on lumia series ( lumia 710) -allows offline notebooks?

3 questions -

1) The onenote we get preloaded on lumia series ( lumia 710 in my case windows 7.8) -does it allow offline notebooks?

2)I know that for full version (offline notebooks can be saved in device) allows installation only on one device. So, if I uninstall my full version from lumia 710 will I be eligible to install a full copy not just free one on my android stylus equipped phone? Or this freebie limited to the windows device it comes with it?

3) what does "closing" a notebook on onenote means?

I believe it does, and it syncs when it has internet connectivity.

OneNote is baked into Windows Phone and can't be uninstalled. It's free anywhere.
I don't think there really is a "full" version of OneNote. It's all free, or should be.

Closing a notebook is probably putting that away for organizational purposes, I don't really use it though.
