The Plan or the Phone - opinions wanted

As a Saskatchewan resident it makes me happy... I could buy the 800 outright, unlock it and use it on Bell, my current carrier. Rogers has terrible coverage here.
I also hope for the 900 on Bell, but my inside source has heard nothing about any new WPs on Bell.

yeah i can comfirm that .. no OFFICIAL news as of yet... but im not losing hope.. i check my memos every day expecting to see a NEW WP!!! lol

Well, I hate to bump an old thread, but as so many people gave me helpful advice, I thought I'd say what I did in the end...

I called up Rogers, and it turns out that similarly to Bell, they have this as a secret plan as well. They agreed to give it to me with a further discount, on a month to month basis. Basically my monthly bill will go up by about $10, but now with an effectively unlimited data plan. Awesome!

So now I will just wait and see what phones come along. I am pretty confident that the Lumia 900 will touch down at Rogers once the AT&T exclusive runs out, so sometime in June or so. And who knows, maybe they will pick up some of the other gen 2 WP 7 phones as well in the meantime.
