The problem of low sound during calls

So i think most of the people know about the low sound problem during calls.I just bought my Lumia 820 3-4 days ago and people keep saying that they cant hear me well.I looked around forums but cant find solution.I tried to reset the phone but still nothing.Anyone got information is this going to get fixed or anything that may help?

Mine work just fine at 20.

The volume of the music is fine,the problem is during conversation.

When you are on a call, press the volume rocker. It shows the call volume (from 1 to 10). Now adjust it as you wish.

Its 10/10 thats not the problem i hope some soliution comes because i like the phone and this bug or whatever it is,its so anoying.

I have 2 Lumia 820s and I dont have any issues in calls with them so far.

Voice drops during calls ...same problem with lumia 720 and nobody cares...they just redo OS and problem persists...:devil:
