The problem with WP8 emoticons

I use them often, alright. Some of them need to be re-vamped. They aren't similar to other OSes nor do they make sense when sending emojis to iPhone or Android users. How are these even similar View attachment 67332

? One looks happy while the other looks pervy.

These aren't as bad, but come on, Microsoft.
Also, there are some that are hidden or unavailable

I have this problem all the time. People reply to messages like "what the hell is that". only when I look at the message they have received do I realise what the problem is haha!
