The speaker is too quiet to hear clearly when I make a phone call.

I turn the volume to maximum, but I still could not hear clearly, especially in outside. What can I do?

while making the call hold the volume up button to check you are at the max volume. if you think there is some issue with sound, visit the nearest repairing centre and give it a through check

Try giving the speaker a clean using a soft toothbrush & then a gentle vacuum. Has worked a treat for me and many others.
