I just ran HTML5TEST.com on my phone, running the latest test build of Win10 mobile. It reported that "You are using Edge 13 on Windows RT 10".

It didn't parse the device I was using. Even on my company's iPad, it only reported I was using an iPad, not which one. This is hijinks, and not close to proof.
