Tried it 5 times and still no luck. Update downloads quickly over WiFi but wont install. Preparing to install reaches 11-12% then jumps to 99% and i get that msg. I have rebooted the phone couple of times and still its not working. I have 2.81 gb of free space and battery is at 80%

Found this article on Microsoft answers. It looks like most of the problems were either not enough space, which you seem to have enough. Or they kept trying until it worked.
